Terms & Conditions — jeetwya Rules of Play

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting your rights and obligations as a user of jeetwya.

"Platform"	The jeetwya website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, and betting markets made available under the jeetwya brand.
"Player" / "You"	Any natural person who has registered an account on jeetwya and uses any part of the Platform.
"Account"	The individual registered profile created by a Player on jeetwya, through which that Player may access games, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
"Balance"	The total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a jeetwya promotional offer.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus Fund amount (or deposit + bonus amount) must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that jeetwya may require any Player to complete at any time.
"BST"	Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6, the time zone in which jeetwya operates its support, promotional deadlines, and server timestamps.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of jeetwya is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older. jeetwya may request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension. If it is established that a Player is underage, the account will be closed permanently, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any real-money Balance will be subject to review in accordance with applicable consumer protection principles.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jeetwya is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using jeetwya is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. jeetwya makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. If you access jeetwya from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are personally responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not register using a false identity, a name that is not your own, or information belonging to another person. jeetwya reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to request supporting documentation such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual player may maintain only one Account on jeetwya at any time. If a Player is found to have created duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or inadvertently — jeetwya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all duplicate accounts, void any Bonus Funds accrued across those accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation. Players who attempt to circumvent this rule by registering under different names or using different payment methods will be permanently banned from the Platform.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obliged to keep all information held on your Account up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. jeetwya cannot be held responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or missed promotional notifications resulting from outdated Account information provided by the Player.

3.2 Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Account password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeetwya will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at support@jeetwya immediately and change your password. Any activity conducted through your Account before you report a breach is your sole responsibility.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You must not use jeetwya for any of the following purposes:

• Money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates Bangladeshi law or international financial regulations;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools that interact with the Platform without explicit authorisation from jeetwya;
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void;
• Creating or using an Account on behalf of another person;
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or extracting data from the Platform in an unauthorised manner.

3.4 KYC Verification

jeetwya operates a risk-based KYC programme. Players may be asked to submit identity documents at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or if our fraud detection systems flag unusual activity. Standard KYC documents accepted include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address dated within the last three months. Accounts subject to an open KYC review may have withdrawals and certain account functions temporarily restricted until the review is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeetwya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location and account verification status. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits to your jeetwya Account are generally credited in real time for mobile-money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business days to clear. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier. jeetwya does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jeetwya bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit to the Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as follows:

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. jeetwya reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if the Account is subject to an open investigation, an incomplete KYC review, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

jeetwya operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the exchange rate offered by that provider at the time of the transaction. jeetwya bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by third-party payment processors during currency conversion.

5. Bonus Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes issued by jeetwya are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. These Terms & Conditions provide the overarching framework; the individual offer page governs the specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and these General Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Fund amount unless otherwise stated. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bets placed on live sports at odds of less than 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward wagering requirements;
• Bets placed on games with an RTP of above 96.5% may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) toward wagering requirements;
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit specified on the offer;
• Maximum bet size while a wagering requirement is active is ৳2,000 per bet or spin unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus abuse — including strategies designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising risk — will result in the voiding of all Bonus Funds and any derived winnings.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus Funds is capped at five times (5×) the value of the original bonus credited. Any amount above this cap will be removed from the Account balance at the time of withdrawal request. This cap does not apply to real-money winnings generated after a wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

jeetwya employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or refer-a-friend programmes. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds and derived winnings voided, and their real-money Balance reviewed before any withdrawal is authorised.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jeetwya are settled in accordance with the rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform at the time the bet is placed. Settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), and equivalent international authorities. jeetwya reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result has been manipulated or where there is credible evidence of match-fixing.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market. Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point at our discretion — for example, during goal kicks, wicket reviews, or time-outs. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by our system and a bet reference number is issued. jeetwya is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to communication delays, internet interruptions, or system unavailability on the Player's end.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on jeetwya use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by our game providers — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi — are independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. jeetwya is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software; in such cases, the affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot values displayed on jeetwya are seeded and maintained by the respective game providers. In the event of a technical error during a jackpot game, jeetwya's liability is limited to the return of the stake for the affected round. Jackpot wins are subject to standard KYC verification before payout.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

jeetwya is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

Every registered player on jeetwya has access to the following responsible gaming tools via their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Check Notifications: On-screen prompts that display your session length, net win/loss position, and the option to end your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. After the exclusion period ends, reopening an Account requires a formal written request and a mandatory 24-hour review period.

7.2 Age Verification

jeetwya employs age verification checks at registration and reserves the right to conduct further checks at any time. Any Account suspected of being operated by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

8. Termination & Suspension

8.1 jeetwya's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

jeetwya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes;
• The Player has provided false information at registration or during KYC;
• The Player is under 18 years of age;
• The Player has previously been self-excluded and is attempting to reopen an Account during the exclusion period;
• Regulatory, legal, or technical reasons require account restriction.

8.2 Player's Right to Close an Account

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jeetwya or via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met. Account closure requests are processed within three business days.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account — whether initiated by jeetwya or the Player — all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds where the applicable wagering requirement has not yet been fully satisfied are also forfeited. Real-money Balances are returned subject to the conditions described in Section 8.2. These Terms & Conditions survive termination of the Account to the extent necessary to resolve any outstanding disputes, claims, or obligations.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing. In the event of a dispute between you and jeetwya, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@jeetwya so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. jeetwya will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days of receipt.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

jeetwya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via the email address on their Account at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of jeetwya after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
